Registration is free and does not start a paid subscription. Sign-in is provided by ChatGPT. We use the authenticated account identifier to separate each business’s records. Keep access to that account secure. The owner may invite staff to access only their own shifts, time entries and leave requests. Invitations require the exact sign-in email and expire after 7 days. Owners can revoke access.
Free trial
New accounts can start one 14-day trial of the selected package without a card. No automatic payment follows. At expiry, editing stops; records remain readable and exportable. Background admin is reserved for eligible paid or redeemed referral access. Trial users can run supported admin manually with their own saved permissions.
Referral months
Use a referral code when creating a new business account. Once that account makes its first verified live subscription payment, both accounts qualify for one month of workspace access. Self-referrals do not qualify. Rewards exclude setup fees, managed services and cash refunds. Rewards do not pause, discount or cancel Payfast charges. Confirm cancellation of any recurring subscription and finish your existing paid, trial or reward period before redeeming. Redemption gives one calendar month of access and never restarts a subscription.
Packages and payment
Review the exact scope, total setup charge, monthly fee and seller’s service terms before checkout. A paid subscription starts only after a payment is verified with Payfast. Future monthly charges follow the consent given at checkout. Returning to this website from a payment page is not proof of payment.
You can request subscription cancellation from Account & billing. We show cancellation as confirmed only after Payfast confirms it. If cancellation is uncertain, use support immediately; charges may continue until confirmed. Confirmed cancellation stops future billing while access remains through the paid period. Refund arrangements are set out in the seller’s terms. Your applicable statutory rights are not excluded.
What the software does
Features and limits are listed in your package offer. Payroll processing, tax filing, salary payments, automatic Google Calendar sync and bank feeds are not included in this release. Email needs your authorised sender account and sending permission. You remain responsible for accurate records, invoice details, checking receipts and reviewing exceptions.
Information we use
We store your sign-in identifier and email, business and contact name, selected package, service offers, consent version, support requests and verified payment references. Your workspace stores the customer, invoice, employee and administrative records you enter, plus branding, setup progress, referral attribution and staff access records. Theme preferences are stored on your device. The optional field notebook stores encrypted drafts on that device; you control its passphrase and review imports after reconnecting. Losing the passphrase or clearing browser data can make unsynced drafts unrecoverable. GPS trip tracking processes location points in the open browser and saves reviewed distance and trip details, not route coordinates. Add only information you are authorised to process. Do not include passwords, card details or medical records in support requests.
Site hosting and data storage use the Sites platform and its hosting infrastructure. Payfast processes payments; Steadaro does not receive card numbers. Optional email and payroll connections send requests to the providers you configure. Connection credentials and subscription references are encrypted in storage and omitted from business exports.
Optional growth tools
Owners may grant exact-email access to clients for their own quotes, jobs, invoices and feedback, or to accountants for financial review and recommendations. Revoke grants in Growth. AI drafting, image extraction and transcription send the content you select to your connected OpenAI account; review outputs before use. Provider fees and policies apply. Photos and uploaded audio are not retained in this app after processing; extracted drafts and transcripts are retained until reviewed or cleared under your policy.
WhatsApp workflows use your configured Meta business account. Pairing binds a phone to a signed-in owner or staff account; staff commands remain scoped to that employee. Sending requires recipient permission and approved templates where applicable. Unknown delivery outcomes require reconciliation. API keys grant the limited read and draft-submission access described in Growth; revoke unused keys. Public directory listings are opt-in and self-listed. Reviews require the client’s explicit publication permission, which can be withdrawn.
Cash forecasts, mileage totals and contribution helpers are estimates based on supplied records and assumptions. They are not bank balances, tax submissions, payroll calculations or guarantees. Retention and consent tools support your documented decisions and do not certify legal compliance.
Access and requests
Your business records are scoped to your signed-in account. The operator can see registration, service offers, billing records, support and privacy requests, message delivery states, admin run results and AI usage counts for providing and monitoring the service. Automatic admin processes only eligible paid or redeemed referral accounts that enable their rules. Export your business records or submit an access, correction or deletion-review request from Your data in your account. Requests are reviewed; submitting one does not immediately erase records or cancel billing. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required. The export includes an integrity manifest and supports an isolated review copy; it excludes credentials and stored logo files and is not a complete production-service backup.
